Below are some typical questions we get asked by prospective new clients:

EXCEPTIONAL PROCESS MANAGEMENT & QUALITY CONTROL
  • DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
    Usually we do not charge for samples. However, for more complicated products such as new print designs or fresh dyed fabrics, where we incur extra fees for dyeing and print development, a small fee will be charged.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
    Payment is in US$. Our standard payment terms are 30% paid in advance on an order, with the balance paid against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We will also accept at Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, for larger orders.
  • HOW DO YOU SUPERVISE THE PRODUCTION PROCESS?
    We have in-house staff who oversee production at our partner sites and will send you regular production updates, including photos of your products. Prior to shipping, we will also send samples for you to verify and confirm quality. If you have your own QC in China, we are happy to work with them according to an agreed production plan.
  • WHAT IS THE STANDARD ORDER PROCESS?
    Firstly, we work with you via designs and samples, to confirm the correct product. Once the product specification has been agreed the order can be priced along with an accurate production timetable. Signing of the contract and payment of a deposit will then trigger start of production. We can typically produce between 5,000 to 50,000 pieces of any garment per month.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
    These will vary according to the volume, design and fabric of the product. But as a general rule, for regular styles for which we can purchase standard fabric,we need about 20 days to prepare fabric and accessories.If the order is less than 10,000 pieces, we normally advise 40 days, if the order is more than10,000 pieces we advise around 50-60 days.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURNS SERVICE?
    Yes, we always take responsibility for our goods. After you have received your garments, if there are items which fail your quality control, we will refund you the cost of each item (up to 100 pieces). Where there are more than 100-pieces which fail your quality control, we will manufacture replacements for you at no cost. You do not need to return the failed items to us.
